Are You Ready for Spring Vacation?

It already seems as if 2021 is flying by. We’re into February and January was gone in a blink. Before you know it, the kids will be on their spring vacation and we have no doubt here at Fleet Truck & RV Repair that you’ll need to get out of the house. Why not dust off the RV and plan a camping trip at one of the beautiful campgrounds in Montana. They are open. We can help you get your RV ready for the road trip, and you and your family can enjoy some much-needed rest and relaxation during spring vacation.

You and the Kids Have Been Cooped Up

Depending on what you do for a living, it’s possible that you and your kids have been cooped up at home for far too long. You need to get out, and we understand that here. The kids have been struggling with online schooling and being in and out of the classroom, and you may very well be trying to work from home, which is something you’ve never had to do before. Spending time on the campgrounds can refresh you all.

Plan a Trip to Your Favorite Montana Campground

As we said above, as of right now, Montana’s campgrounds are open. This means you can likely plan a spring vacation trip to your favorite campground in the state. Make sure to choose a campground that has plenty of outdoor activities. Yes, it may still be cold in the spring, but nothing is better than getting outside and into the beautiful Big Sky sunshine.

Schedule Plenty of Stops Along the Way

Plan your trip to make getting there as much fun as the campground itself. Plan for plenty of stops along the way so everyone can get out of the RV, stretch their legs, and enjoy something for an hour or two. This could be stopping at a hiking trail or a roadside diner or souvenir shop. Stops along the way allow you to use the public restrooms, get your blood flowing again, and keeps the “crankies” at bay.

Get Your RV Inspected Before You Hit the Road

Don’t head anywhere until you get your RV Inspected, however. If it’s been sitting all winter, even if you prepared it for winter, it needs a full inspection before you hit the road. Fleet Truck & RV Repair has “RV” in our name because we are experts in RV repair in Great Falls, MT. This includes travel trailers. Give us a call today to schedule an appointment for your RV before your trip.
